June 11: Matchlocks to Flintlocks: Soldiers of the Colonial Era

Meet soldiers of New Hampshire’s colonial era who will demonstrate the weapons and equipment used by militia and soldiers from the Piscataqua Company, New Hampshire’s earliest militia, through Continental soldiers of the American Revolution. Drills and firings of muskets ranging from early 1600s matchlocks through the flintlocks of the American Revolution.
